Chef Frank Barrett-Mills in Haiti

From as far back as I can remember I have been around food.  As a very young boy I sat on my grandmother’s lap and helped her prepare dinner.  While in college I had a cooking show on local Ohio TV.

After graduating from college I opened my own catering business while working for much different food related companies.  I have prepared meals for 2 to 1000 people in many different venues from beautiful homes to open fields and the strangest, the middle of Boston Common for 1000 runners.

My background is diverse and my passion is excellent foods, with full flavor, prepared simply.
