I'm back

Hi all

I am back, after a long break. Covid has been a long run. almost 16 months of home bound bliss. Ready to go. I have visited my new kitchen in Texas (Middleby.com, view video) Bang, the variant hit and I am down again for at least 2 months. Thank god I built an industrial kitchen in one of my barns. It will keep me, my family. and the neighbors well fed for 2 months. I have been producing videos with my son Jes, out of our kitchen (62 videos, on the net during Covid) It has kept us all busy and the fruits of the videos have been quite tasty. I will be putting a lot of the photos up on my web site soon, please check them out..

For the next two months I have 12 pieces of equipment to test and review, which should keep me busy!!

At 70 I have also started my new cook book. This is one you don’t want to miss. I have over 1000 recipes, techniques, ideas, and tool reviews in process. The cook book will be out probably by this spring, with photos, stories, and neat ideas to enhance your kitchen experience. To all my foodie friends, and chefs its a great thing to add to your cook book collection.

Until later my friends, be careful, wear your masks, get out and try the restaurant around the corner, they need your support.
